We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation by chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling ingredients according to recipes.
Support the cooking process by following established procedures and maintaining quality standards.
Help with meal assembly and plating to ensure timely service during busy hours.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including proper food handling and storage practices.
Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure protected handling of ingredients and finished products.
Support catering events or special functions as needed, helping with large-scale meal prep.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Experience
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or culinary workplace preferred .
Familiarity with food handling, safety regulations, and kitchen equipment.
Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation techniques, and cooking methods.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
