Duties
Perform comprehensive cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
Use specialized cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high standards
Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and clean windows to promote a pristine environment
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
Follow health and safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities




Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks for prompt resolution
Maintain detailed logs of completed cleaning duties and supplies used to ensure accountability

Experience
Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to commercial settings is advantageous
Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers or carpet cleaners is a plus
Robust attention to detail with an energetic approach to completing tasks efficiently
Reliable with excellent time management skills to meet daily cleaning schedules
