Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures are cleaned to meet health and safety standards
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed
Follow established cleaning protocols for different areas, including waste disposal and sanitation procedures
Conduct routine maintenance checks on cleaning equipment and report any repairs or issues promptly
Maintain a high level of professionalism by adhering to safety guidelines and confidentiality policies
Complete cleaning checklists and shift reports accurately to document completed tasks
Skills
Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and proper safety procedures
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts
Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues effectively
