This is a 100% on-site, in-person position located in Squamish BC Canada.
Applicants must already reside within local commuting distance. Relocation assistance is not provided.
Valid legal work authorization in Canada is strictly required.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Call Taker to join our team. As a Call Taker, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a vital role in our organization as you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

Duties:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
Gather and document accurate information from callers
Enter data into the system accurately and efficiently
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents




Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and supply chain processes is a plus
Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
Ability to type accurately and efficiently
