Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our worksite, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a protected, organized environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to contributing to a collaborative team.

Duties
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects
Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the worksite to uphold safety standards
Help with moving supplies, tools, and materials throughout the site
Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or concerns to supervisors
Support team members with various tasks to ensure project deadlines are met
Operate basic hand tools under supervision when required

Qualifications




Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labour is a plus but not required
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
