The CleanStreak Co. is currently seeking a dependable, coachable, and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our growing team.

This position starts part time, with the prospect to transition into full time as we continue to expand and bring on new clients. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term.

While previous cleaning experience is an asset, we're more interested in finding someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. We can teach our systems—we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

Starting wage: $20.00/hour during the probationary period. Upon successful completion of probation, wages increase to $22.00/hour.

A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required, as you'll be traveling to various commercial cleaning locations throughout Abbotsford.

Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize using professional cleaning equipment and products.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness for floors, windows, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other consumables as needed.




Follow all company safety procedures and cleaning protocols.
Report maintenance concerns or issues that require attention.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Represent The CleanStreak Co. professionally at all client locations.

Qualifications
Commercial cleaning experience is an asset but not required—training will be provided.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Coachable and able to receive feedback well.
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to provide at least two professional references.
