Duties
Read and interpret blueprints to accurately execute framing and carpentry tasks
Construct and install wood panels for, walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools
Proven construction experience with a focus on framing or carpentry roles in residential or commercial projects




Skilled in reading blueprints with precision
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, woodworking equipment, and heavy machinery operation (not required, but considered an asset)
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper ergonomics during long work hours
Strong attention to safety
