Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and internal records
Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
Assist with payroll processing and related reporting requirements
Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports for management review




Support budgeting activities by providing relevant financial data and insights

Skills
Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices
Experience with payroll administration and processing
Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation procedures
Ability to perform bank reconciliation and account analysis accurately
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and vendors
