Afternoon Shift Lead / Line Operator — Watermark Beverages, Delta, BC
Watermark Beverages, a growing bottled water and beverage co-packer in Delta, is hiring an Afternoon Shift Lead to run our highly automated production lines.
The role:
Lead a crew of 4 and own afternoon shift production
Keep bottling lines running at peak efficiency
Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including controls, communication, and hardware issues
Responsible for shift safety
Reports directly to management
What you need:
Electrical experience OR a trades certification (required)
Hands-on mechanical/electrical troubleshooting ability
Leadership experience in a production workplace an asset
