Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to assist and coordinate the academic activities of the college and serve as our liaison with the Ministry and other community partners. The successful candidate will assist our students, instructors and with administrative duties at our Toronto campus. They will have the opportunity to grow with us across many aspects of college operations.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day academic activities of the Toronto campus
Serve as the college's liaison with the Ministry and community partners
Monitor student academic progress and identify areas of need to provide timely support
Support and manage instructors, including scheduling, guidance, and performance oversight
Handle administrative duties related to campus operations
Write reports, proposals, and other documentation to communicate progress and plans effectively
Conduct research to inform decision-making and improve operational processes
Provide training and mentorship to staff members to enhance skills and productivity
Oversee the installation and adoption of current software tools and systems as required,



with strong technical aptitude to support evolving campus technology needs

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Diploma or minimum two years of experience in business administration, preferably in an educational setting
Advanced Technical Literacy
Strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour shift)
Location: Suite 305 – 4630 Dufferin St, North York, ON M3H 5S4 (In-person; reliable commute or relocation required)
