You will manage operational plans while promoting a learner-centered approach to enhance student success at the Centre for Trades and Technologies. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain curriculum standards across the Centre
Manage faculty and staff resources effectively
Oversee operational plans for academic programming
Implement creative solutions for educational challenges
Support new program initiatives and proposals

Requirements:
Master’s degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in higher education program planning
Leadership skills in supervising faculty and staff
Robust problem-solving and analytical abilities
