About Us:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential/commercial properties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing tenants, maintenance, and financial responsibilities.

Willing to offer a package of $75,000.00

Responsibilities:
Manage tenant relations including leasing, move-ins/outs, and addressing concerns
Collect rent, track payments, and follow up on delinquencies
Prepare budgets, maintain financial records, and provide regular reporting
Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and company policies
Market vacancies and handle applicant screening and leasing paperwork
Oversee daily property operations,



ensuring buildings are well-maintained and compliant
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections with vendors/contractors

Requirements:
Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
Solid organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of leasing regulations and landlord/tenant laws an asset
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Types: Full time, Permanent
