You will assess learning needs, coach providers, and ensure compliance with Innovations Medicines Canada’s guidelines. Collaborating effectively with various teams, you’ll contribute to a solid education framework in oncology. Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement oncology education programs for HCPs
Evaluate and personalize training curricula for individual learning needs
Guide providers through their learning journeys to meet objectives
Partner with health education managers for optimal training delivery
Foster robust relationships with external stakeholders for protocol training Requirements:
Licensed healthcare provider or Registered Nurse
At least 5 years in oncology and related fields
Understanding of Canadian Cancer Centres' functions
Experience and skills in pharmaceutical training preferred
