Summary

Home Instead's Caregiver position is vital in delivering compassionate and personalized home care to seniors . This role supports our mission to enable older adults to live safely and comfortably at home by providing essential daily assistance and companionship.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Support clients with medication reminders and health monitoring.
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping to maintain a secure setting.
Offer companionship to promote emotional well-being.
Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
Communicate effectively with clients and their families about care progress.




Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Document care provided accurately and timely.
Qualifications
Proven experience or background in senior or home care is preferred.
Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
Ability to perform light physical tasks including lifting.
Reliable, responsible, and respectful attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and access to transportation preferred.
Certification in caregiving or related fields is advantageous.
