Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide support for an adult client who requires arm’s-length supervision and structured daily routines. The client is calm and cooperative when supported with predictable routines, gentle prompting, and positive reinforcement.

Responsibilities
Personal care: bathing, grooming, peri-care, shaving, toileting, and hygiene assistance
Mobility support: walking, transfers, and exercise routines
Engagement in leisure and social activities: reading, music, phone/tablet use, outdoor time, and games
Safety and workplace: monitor triggers, maintain a structured routine, document observations
Support community outings: errands and social visits

Qualifications
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, hospice care, or home care preferred
Previous caregiving or HCA experience required
Ability to provide calm, structured support and follow care plans
Robust communication and observation skills
Reliable and consistent availability for scheduled shifts




Driver's License Class 5 with own car

Schedule:
Monday & Friday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
