We are currently seeking a robust, reliable Residential Lead Hand Electrician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced individual who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and is willing to step in wherever help is needed.

As a Lead Hand Electrician, you will be responsible for managing service calls, running residential jobs, and supporting the team across various projects. This is a part-time position with the prospect to move into full time employment depending on company workload and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Complete electrical service calls efficiently and professionally
Run and manage residential electrical jobs from start to finish
Travel to job sites where assistance is needed and support the crew
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in residential settings
Ensure all work meets safety codes, company standards, and local regulations
Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management




Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in residential electrical work: Service upgrades, EV chargers, pot-light layout, renovation work.
Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Ability to adapt to changing job demands and locations
Valid driver’s license
Own tools preferred

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
