POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Cogir, is currently looking for a resident janitor in Montreal for its Delmar rental building. Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need!

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administration
Provide a high level of customer service
Produce required reports

Construction
Be available to respond to emergencies
Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required




Clean entryways and common areas
Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
Keep the work workplace clean
Maintain and clean the premises
Maintain property areas and systems
Maintain the garden
Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
Show apartments to prospective tenants and collect the rents of existing tenants
Wash windows at main and secondary entrances

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
