Position Summary

The Chef de Partie (CDP)- Breakfast is responsible for the efficient and consistent preparation of menu items from their assigned station. This role plays a key part in delivering quality food and smooth service throughout the season.

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, team-focused, and calm under pressure.

Experience cooking eggs and other breakfast items in a high volume professional setting is a must.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present dishes from the assigned station
Maintain station organization, cleanliness, and readiness during service
Follow recipes to ensure food quality and consistency
Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
Properly receive, store, and rotate food products




Communicate professionally with kitchen and service teams to support efficient service and member satisfaction

Required Qualifications
3–5 years of professional kitchen experience
Strong understanding of safe, professional cooking practices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, seasonal environment
Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods

Required Certification
Food Handler Certification

Assets (Preferred but Not Required)
Post-secondary education in Culinary Arts
Red Seal Certification
Experience in a private club or similar hospitality environment
