Ultimate Windows and Doors Ltd (Fredericton) is a company known for its quality products, expert installation and exceptional customer service. In keeping up with growing market demands, we are looking for a qualified carpenter to join our team of specialists. This position is primarily for the installation of windows and doors.

Qualifications:

We are seeking an experienced carpenter; Red Seal Certification is required. Attention to detail and excellence in craftsmanship is required to maintain the reputation of Ultimate Windows and Doors. The successful candidate must be personable, have positive work ethic, be able to work independently, and have excellent problem-solving skills Must take pride in quality workmanship necessary to complete projects on time and in a manner that exceeds customer expectations. Respect and cleanliness of job sites is required at all times.



The right candidate will be physically able and prepared to adapt to all working conditions. Examples of previous workmanship and references will be required. Must be able to drive truck and trailer. Will be required to provide proof of a clean driving record and criminal record check.

This position is Full time, primarily Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm; some exceptions may apply (e.g., deadlines, Home Shows, etc.). The successful applicant will report directly to the owner/operator, but will work as a team lead. We are willing to offer an above average competitive wage for the right candidate.
