A-1 Towing is looking for a reliable, motivated, and hardworking individual to join our team as Full time Vehicle Detailing and Dispatching Position with Minimum Class 5 driver license. This position is split between two roles, providing a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Vehicle Detailing (Full time):
Wash the exterior of light-duty and heavy-duty trucks.
Clean and detail vehicle interiors.
Washing of under carriage.
Keep trucks clean, organized, and ready for service.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Dispatching (Part-Time):
Answer incoming phone calls professionally.
Dispatch light-duty and heavy-duty tow trucks.
Communicate with drivers and customers.
Enter job information accurately into the dispatch system.
Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills.




Basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Valid driver's license is an asset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous dispatching or detailing experience is an asset but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
