Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and a strong work ethic.

Duties:
Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Troubleshoot HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs
Read and interpret schematics to determine the layout of HVAC systems
Weld, plumb, and build HVAC components as needed
Perform appliance repair as required
Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems
Ensure compliance with all safety standards

Experience:
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
Mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Solid problem-solving skills




Certification or associate degree in HVAC or relevant field is a plus

Bonuses:
Annual Performance Bonus
$50,000 bonus for referral of a Master Franchisee
$25,000 bonus for referral of an Area Representative Ownership
$15,000 bonus for referral of a Full-Ownership Franchise Partner
$5,000 bonus for referral of a Director of Franchise Sales (must be full time, exclusive & live in the area)
