Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team out of. This position involves supporting various operational tasks across our facilities, assisting with physical labor, and ensuring smooth workflow in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining safety and efficiency on the job site. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the success of our projects. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK OUT OF TOWN ON ROTATION SCHEDULE.

Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Support the setup and cleanup of work areas to ensure safety and organization
Perform general physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items throughout the site
Help with site maintenance including cleaning, organizing tools, and disposing of waste materials




Support team members with various tasks to facilitate project progress
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work workplace
Report any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly
Must have valid drivers license

Experience
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Solid work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork
Basic understanding of workplace safety practices is advantageous
Must be able to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team

Pay: $20.20-$29.07 per hour
