In-Store Team Member – Papa Johns Pizza Job Description

Papa Johns Pizza is looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic In-Store Team Member to join our team. If you have experience working in a pizza store or restaurant and enjoy providing great customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Welcome customers with a friendly attitude.
Take customer orders in-store and over the phone.
Prepare pizzas and other menu items following Papa John's standards.
Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
Keep the kitchen, front counter, and dining area clean and organized.
Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Work as part of a team during busy hours.
Help with opening, closing, and other daily store tasks.

QualificationsRequired
1–2 years of experience working in a pizza store.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.




Positive attitude and team player.
Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Preferred
Experience preparing pizzas or working in a kitchen.
Adaptable to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food Secure Certificate is an asset.
