Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service to enhance their shopping experience
Assist customers in locating products and answer questions about merchandise, promotions, or store policies
Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for quick transactions and cash handling
Conduct product demonstrations and upsell items to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and organization skills
Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure products are properly labeled and priced
Handle cashiering duties efficiently,
including basic math calculations and cash handling procedures
Promote store specials and loyalty programs to boost sales and customer engagement
Uphold store cleanliness, safety standards, and adhere to phone etiquette during customer interactions
Experience
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers
Familiarity with technology sales or product demos enhances your ability to assist customers effectively
Experience with merchandising
Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail are essential for success in this energetic environment
Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and skilled phone etiquette
