We are hiring a General Labour/Machine Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Niagara Falls area. This role is ideal for candidates with machine operation, production, or hands-on shop experience who are looking for steady weekday hours and the chance to build long-term skills in a manufacturing workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and support machinery in a manufacturing shop environment.
Cut components to required measurements and production specifications.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Assist with general labour duties to keep production running smoothly.
Learn additional machine processes, including threading, through on-the-job training.
Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Compensation and Advantages
Pay rate: $19 per hour.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
