We're looking for a confident, outgoing, and customer-focused individual to join our team. If you enjoy helping people feel their best, thrive in a rapid-paced environment, and take pride in keeping a space spotless and organized, we'd love to meet you!

This role combines customer service, sales, education, and studio operations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome every client with a friendly, positive attitude.
Educate clients on tanning, red light therapy, spray tanning, and wellness services.
Recommend products, memberships, and services based on each client's needs.
Meet and exceed sales goals through genuine client education and exceptional service.
Maintain an exceptionally clean and sanitized studio, including tanning equipment, treatment rooms, and common areas.
Open and close the studio independently when scheduled.
Process client transactions, bookings, and memberships accurately.
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and operational tasks.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable educating clients and recommending products and memberships.
Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
Able to multitask in a busy environment.
Takes pride in maintaining a spotless studio.
Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is an asset but not required—we're happy to train the right person!

Availability Requirements
Adaptable availability is required.
Applicants must be available to work at least 2 days per week, including a mix of evenings and weekends as needed.
Additional shifts may be available based on business needs and performance.
