Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic baker to join our team. This role will focus primarily on cookie and bread production. The position is Tuesday to Saturday. There are some evening and daytime shifts in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, mix, and bake a variety of cookies, bread, and muffins according to recipes and production schedules
Ensure consistency in quality, appearance, and taste of baked goods
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with food safety standards
Manage inventory of ingredients and notify management of supply needs
Assist with other baking tasks as needed (granola, cupcakes, etc.)




Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:
Previous baking experience (qualified or home-based with solid skills) preferred
Knowledge of gluten-free and dairy-free baking an asset, but training can be provided
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Team-oriented attitude with a passion for baking
