Responsibilities
Clean, sterilize, and prepare surgical instruments and equipment according to established protocols.
Operate sterilization equipment, including autoclaves, ensuring proper functioning and maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and inventory of supplies.
Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for patients.
Collaborate with dental assistants and receptionists to ensure seamless patient care.
Assist in the training of new staff on sterilization procedures and safety protocols.




Stay updated on best practices in sterilization techniques and medical terminology.
Reprocess and fold clean surgical gowns.

Skills
Proficiency in ClearDent or similar dental software is highly desirable.
Familiarity with medical terminology.
Experience as a dental receptionist or in dental assisting is advantageous.
Knowledge of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) systems is a plus.
Solid attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and patients.
