Overview
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and exceptional customer service skills. If you have a background in sales, mechanical knowledge, and enjoy working in a quick-paced dealership setting, we want to hear from you.

Duties
Interact with customers to determine their automotive service needs
Provide recommendations on necessary repairs and maintenance based on mechanical knowledge
Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of work
Upsell additional services or products to customers when appropriate
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
Communicate effectively with mechanics and customers regarding service updates

Experience




Previous experience in automotive repair or dealership setting is preferred
Strong sales and customer service skills are essential
Mechanical knowledge to understand and explain vehicle issues
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
