General Labourer – Metal Finishing Shop

Pro-Pipe Service and Sales Ltd. is seeking a full-time General Labourer to join our metal finishing and production team.

This is a hands-on shop position that supports daily production, coating, plating, material handling, cleaning, preparation, and general shop operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, physically capable, and willing to learn.

Experience in a shop, manufacturing, oilfield, coating, or metal finishing environment is considered an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with general labour duties in the metal finishing shop
Help prepare metal parts and pipe for coating or plating
Load, unload, move, and organize materials
Assist operators and technicians on production lines
Clean, mask, handle, and inspect parts as directed
Maintain a clean and protected work area
Follow company safety procedures and shop instructions
Assist with packaging, staging, and shipping/receiving as needed
Support rework, clean-up,



and general shop tasks
Perform other duties as assigned by the shop lead or management

Qualifications
Previous shop, labour, manufacturing, or oilfield experience is an asset
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Physically able to lift, bend, stand, and work in a shop environment
Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
Solid attention to detail
Willingness to learn current tasks and support different areas of production
Valid Class 5 driver’s licence is an asset

Job Type

Full-time, Permanent

Schedule
8-hour or 10-hour shifts
Overtime may be required based on production demands

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
