We are seeking two experienced Health & Safety Advisor to support a TA project starting on September 2, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
Support incident investigations and corrective action follow-ups
Ensure compliance with OHSA and internal safety standards
Deliver safety orientations, training, and toolbox talks
Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting
Collaborate with supervisors and field teams to improve safety performance
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a Health & Safety role (construction or industrial preferred)
Working knowledge of OHSA and relevant regulations
Strong communication and coaching skills
NCSO, CRSP, or equivalent designation considered an asset
Valid driver’s license required
