Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Part-Time Estheticians to join our agile team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional guest services, perform a variety of skincare and beauty treatments, and promote our product lines in a welcoming environment. Responsibilities
Perform esthetic treatments including skincare, body waxing, eyelash lifts and brow laminations, and tinting with attention to safety and sanitation standards
Provide personalized consultations to guests, recommending suitable treatments and products based on individual needs
Deliver excellent guest services by creating a relaxing and professional atmosphere
Assist with retail sales by upselling products and promoting recent offerings through product demos and personalized recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in compliance with health regulations
Educate guests on skincare routines, product usage, and available services to enhance their experience

Requirements




Proven experience or training in esthetic treatments such as skincare, waxing, eyelash lift and brow lamination, tinting is preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with guests
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in a beauty or spa environment
Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for guest interactions and team collaboration
Previous experience in retail sales or upselling is advantageous
Friendly demeanor with a professional appearance and attitude
Flexibility to work part-time hours including weekends or evenings as needed

Pay: $15.00-$37.93 per hour
