Prism Property Management is seeking a reliable and motivated Painter / Cleaner to join our team. This position is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, cleaning, painting, and preparation of residential rental properties while providing excellent service to our residents.

Responsibilities
Complete general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
Perform drywall patching, caulking, touch-ups, and painting.
Assist with seasonal maintenance, including snow removal, salting, and exterior upkeep.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers when required.
Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance and repair work.
Follow all company policies, health and safety requirements, and applicable legislation.
Provide courteous and professional customer service to residents, visitors, and contractors.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies, if required.
Qualifications
Experience in residential building maintenance, property management, construction, or a related trade.
Experience with painting, unit turnover, and general cleaning.




Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable transportation are considered an asset.
WHMIS and Working at Heights certifications are considered assets.
