Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments
Maintain an organized appointment calendar
Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth scheduling and avoid conflicts
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with their appointments
Assist in administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Automotive knowledge an asset
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or administrative role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced workplace
Attention to detail and accuracy
