Industrial Solutions is a distributor of industrial parts and services with an experienced team to advise our customers in our various specialties, such as industrial tools and services, hydraulic and pneumatic products, power transmission, motors and parts, tooling and abrasives, safety products and cutting tools. Since 2014, Industrial Solutions is part of the Ficodis Group.
Your Mission
Develop and maintain a diverse portfolio of industrial clients by acting as a trusted technical advisor. You will propose tailored solutions, actively contribute to the growth of the territory, and help position the company as a key player in the industry.
Responsibilities
Actively manage your sales territory (client visits, follow-ups, business development)
Identify current prospects and turn leads into long‑term partnerships
Provide technical consulting on our specialized products
Prepare quotes,
negotiate, and close sales
Collaborate closely with internal teams (customer service, warehouse, purchasing)
Participate in industrial events and stay up to date with market trends
Achieve your targets and maintain accurate tracking of your results
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales (ideally in a technical or industrial sector)
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission products (a robust asset)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills
Autonomy, rigor, proactivity, and team spirit
Valid driver’s license (regular travel required)
Bilingual (French/English) *an asset
Proficiency with computer tools (Office Suite, etc.)
