Job Description
Conduct fundamental research and due diligence of investment opportunities
Prepare offers and assist with negotiations
Prospect new business and initiate sales calls
Liaise with and report to clients as needed

Qualifications
Active sales representative license with the Real Estate Council of British Columbia
Ability to work well both independently and in a team-based environment
Creative, possesses strong work ethic and drive to excel
A positive communicator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
