Responsibilities
Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards
Manage cash handling accurately during transactions
Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards
Assist with food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy hours
Support team members in various restaurant operations as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required
Knowledge of food preparation, serving, cashiering, and sanitation practices
Robust customer service skills with a friendly and skilled demeanor
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations
Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Kitchen experience or restaurant experience is advantageous but not mandatory
