Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our agile culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service experiences. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness
Serve dishes promptly and professionally to guests or servers




Support team members during busy service hours to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while maintaining a clean working environment

Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Robust teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed
Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
