Overview
We are seeking multiple staff with a MINIMUM Level 2 to support educational initiatives and foster a positive learning environment for children. Ideal candidates are passionate about early childhood education and enjoy working with children to promote their academic and social development.

Responsibilities
Assist in delivering educational programs and activities tailored to various age groups
Supporting the well-being of children with challenging behaviours (ADHD, Autism Spectrum, ODD, etc.)
Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all children
Help organize and facilitate group activities, games, and learning exercises
Monitor children's behavior and ensure adherence to safety guidelines
Communicate effectively with children and parents
Support the setup and cleanup of classroom materials and learning spaces

Skills




Experience with early childhood education
Robust communication skills to effectively engage with children and team members
Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
Passionate for education and helping children succeed
Strong leadership skills
Self- starter
Ability to pivot program planning
Current driver's license with preference given to those with class 4
FLUENT IN ENGLISH

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
