Type: Full Time, Hourly

Kichton Contracting Ltd. Is looking for an experienced, full-time Construction Labourer for our local Lloydminster team. We are looking for an outgoing, adaptable individual looking to learn and grow within our team and industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 1 year of experience working as a labourer
Ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in exposed weather conditions
Must be physically fit and able to lift 50lbs, unassisted
Perform work in a safe manner in accordance with Kichton Contracting Ltd.’s safe work practices, policies and procedures
Capable of working under numerous and varied job site situations
Ability to identify hazards
Must report all incidents, near misses and equipment damage to site supervision
Any previous equipment experience is an asset (skid-steer, packer, loader, etc.)
Assist with other duties as required

Required Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age
Minimum of 1 year of previous experience working as a labourer in Civil Construction




Valid Class 5 driver’s license or reliable transportation
CSTS-2020, H2S, and First Aid

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Solid interpersonal skills, and an ability to participate positively in an engaging culture
Must be able to organize and plan tasks, with an ability to adapt to changing priorities
Must be dependable
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment

Working Conditions:
Overtime as required
