Overview:

Duties:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently
Prepare and serve food and beverages following food safety guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements:
Previous experience in the food industry, restaurant, or hotel setting is preferred
Solid customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers




Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices
Experience with cash handling and POS systems is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Team management or leadership experience would be beneficial
