Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing high-quality dishes and supporting the overall food service process. Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
Support food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations and sanitation standards
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours




Follow all food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure customer safety

Experience
Prior experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety procedures
Familiarity with food handling regulations and sanitation standards in a commercial kitchen environment
Experience with meal preparation, serving, and food presentation is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service

Pay: $17.20-$24.45 per hour
