Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Stone Polisher / Fabricator specializing in kitchen countertops and quartz surfaces. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing and construction, with a focus on precision craftsmanship and safety. This role involves working with various tools and equipment to fabricate, polish, and install high-quality stone surfaces for residential and commercial projects. Candidates should possess mechanical knowledge, experience with heavy equipment, and a commitment to quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Fabricate and finish stone countertops and quartz surfaces according to project specifications.
Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment such as forklifts and machining devices safely and efficiently.
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble stone materials with precision to meet design requirements.
Perform polishing tasks to achieve smooth, high-gloss finishes on stone surfaces.
Assist with the installation process, including handling heavy materials and ensuring proper fitment.
Maintain a clean and organized work setting, adhering to safety protocols at all times.




Conduct quality inspections throughout the fabrication process to ensure durability and aesthetic standards are met.
Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks, welding, or other fabrication activities as needed.

Qualifications
Proven experience in stone polishing or fabrication for kitchen countertops or similar surfaces.
Mechanical knowledge related to machining, assembly, welding, and heavy equipment operation.
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing machinery.
Construction or manufacturing experience preferred; warehouse experience is a plus.
Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy equipment safely.
Solid attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship skills.
Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately.
Commitment to safety standards and quality assurance throughout all fabrication processes.
