Position Overview

As an Automotive Service Technician at Mr. Lube + Tires, you will be responsible for performing a variety of preventative maintenance services, tire-related work, and minor repairs on customer vehicles. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
Perform oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other preventative maintenance services.
Conduct tire inspections, repairs, rotations, balancing, and installations.
Diagnose and report vehicle issues to customers in a clear, qualified manner.
Communicate effectively with customers, explaining recommended services and answering questions.
Operate equipment and tools safely while following all workplace safety guidelines.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.




Assist with inventory control, shop cleanliness, and general upkeep.
Stay up to date with industry standards, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (automotive training or certification is an asset).
Previous experience in automotive service, tire installation, or mechanical repair preferred.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Excellent customer service skills with a positive, skilled attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that require standing, bending, and reaching.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.25-$24.85 per hour
