Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bottle Hauler/Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with their purchases, providing product demonstrations, and managing retail sales in a quick-paced workplace. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organized, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Bilingual abilities and experience in technology sales or merchandising are highly valued to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales growth.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their selections, ensuring a positive shopping experience
Handle product demos to showcase features and advantages of various items, especially technology products
Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and processing payments
Upsell products and promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and improve product visibility
Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries,



offering recommendations, and resolving issues promptly
Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and managing product returns or exchanges
Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple customers during busy periods

Experience
Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in technology or merchandise environments
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
Experience in product demonstrations or technical sales is a plus
Bilingual abilities (English and another language) are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
Strong communication skills, phone etiquette, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
Prior experience in upselling, customer service, and merchandising will be advantageous for driving sales performance

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
