Candidate will be responsible for the Supervision of the Shore Excursions at the Canada Place Cruise Ship Terminal.
We are looking for energetic & enthusiastic individuals who can provide quality customer service at each guest interaction.

About The Job

Prepare for the morning dispatch:
Checking email for guest counts,
Filling out the dispatch sheet with the correct bus # and drivers name,
Making sure you have the correct tour signs with the color sticker the ship is using,
As well as signs to give to the drivers for the coaches.




Provide the staff with clip boards and walkie talkies,
Advise the staff where the need to provide assistance
Greet the Shorex Ship Staff and get the correct counts and greet the drivers as they arrive.
Assist with loading the guests on to the correct tour buses
Mark down times and counts on the dispatch sheet.
Once all tours have left, you connect with dispatch with your counts and complete the process online

About You
Be task oriented, a quick thinker, adaptable, patient and team player
Excellent Customer Service - courteous to guests
Minimum 18 years old
Willing to work a adaptable schedule to include weekend and holidays
