Position Overview

This role is the backbone of the kitchen. The Dishwasher / Prep Cook keeps things running smooth behind the scenes while supporting the team during prep and service.

It’s a fast-paced, hands-on position — ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a strong team.

Key Responsibilities




Wash and maintain dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment
Keep the dish pit and kitchen clean, organized, and efficient
Assist with food prep (chopping, portioning, basic prep tasks)
Support cooks during service as needed
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times
Help with receiving and organizing deliveries
Jump in where needed — team-first mindset

Qualifications
Previous kitchen experience is an asset but not required
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to stay organized and work efficiently under pressure
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment
