Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role offers an excellent prospect for individuals passionate about the food industry, customer service, and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring food safety standards, and supporting daily restaurant operations. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Manage customer transactions efficiently while providing friendly service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist in food handling, serving customers, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
Ensure timely delivery of orders and coordinate with team members to optimize workflow
Uphold proper food safety practices and sanitation procedures at all times
Support inventory management by restocking supplies as needed




Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods

Experience
Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or cashiering is preferred but not required
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Experience in the food industry or restaurant workplace is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order accuracy
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with upselling menu items to increase sales is beneficial

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
