What You'll Do
Prepare concrete surfaces using grinders and vacuums prior to coating application
Apply flake and quartz epoxy systems to residential and commercial floors
Work as part of a crew of 2–4 to deliver professional, high-quality finishes
Follow a clear, proven installation process from surface prep through final coat
Operate and maintain tools and equipment in office
Represent Diamond Driveways with professionalism on every job
We're Looking For People Who:
Have hands-on experience in a trade or labour-based role (construction, flooring, painting, concrete, etc.)
Are comfortable working on their feet for extended periods — lifting, bending, and moving throughout the day
Are punctual, dependable, and take direction well while contributing to a team
Can adapt quickly to in office conditions and take ownership of their work
Take pride in a clean, precise finish and understand that details matter
Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation

Seasonal full time hours from April through November
