Position: Personal Lines Insurance Broker

Location: St. Catherines or Hamilton (In-Office)

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

Job Type: Full time

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years in the insurance industry overseeing personal lines accounts.
RIBO licensed required.
Understanding of company underwriting and industry guidelines.

Overview:
Provide exemplary customer service for personal lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
Address inquiries from junior team members, offering guidance and support as necessary.
Manage the issuance and renewal of insurance documents, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor client claims, respond to telephone inquiries promptly,



and collaborate on remarketing strategies as needed.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
